„Fantastic experience at Aquapalace, from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need. Check-in was seamless. We booked an executive suite and really liked the room and all the amenities it has both a shower and tub, bathrobes and pool towels were provided for a whole family, the bed was comfy and you have access to the executive lounge with drinks/snacks if you book this type of room. Parking in a covered garage directly under the hotel was also included. We got waterpark/sauna world access on both days (check-in/check-out) which is a great value. The waterpark is clean and easy to navigate, both adults and kids had fun. The staff is also wonderful, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, quite a bit of variety and everything was fresh.“

„Prague was on our bucket list and what better way to surprise the kids with a stay at AquaPalace! My in-laws flew in to spend Christmas with us, so this was an added bonus to an already memorable Christmas! We traveled by van and arrived at 9pm on a cold, snowy night. We were greeted with smiling reception staff. While we checked in, the kids were riding on stuffed animals on wheels. Our rooms were right next to each other (not adjoining), very clean, modern decorated, pull out bed ready for the kids. There were robes, flip flops, and water towels ready in a cute bag awaiting to be used at the park! We were on the first floor and just steps away from the park. Everything on property was very affordable, including the snack/drink bar in our room (late night snackers here). We swam, ate ice cream, went down slides, watched a very cool water laser show, relaxed in the hot tub watching the snow fall outside, ate more ice cream. We ended up only sight seeing Prague for one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely a kid friendly place with different water stations and toy stations around. The AP staff, the food, atmosphere went above my expectations! It was a much needed time to reconnect with family making new memories with our young boys. Our package included 3 night accommodations, breakfast buffet, and entrance into the water park for 4 days! Don’t forget your bathing suit. The apparel store at the resort had them, but very expensive! Not a textile free swim area ;)“

„Positive: I had read some bad reviews about rude staff, but everyone was very nice to us! I think if you make and effort to smile and wish them a good day, you will get back plenty of good vibes. We parked in the attached garage for an extra fee, but it was worth it to know our car was safe and we didn't have to walk far. It was so wonderful to relax all day in the sauna and pools and then just have a short walk to our room! This hotel was very affordable if you compare it to a place like Tropical Island in Germany. They didn't try to cheat us out of any money and it was a very strait forward wristband/chip system. I have no idea why there are any bad reviews for this hotel! The food was good and there was a large variety. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. Our room was a large size and the beds were comfortable. Each side of the bed had a table, electrical outlet and a lamp. The TV worked good, but we didn't have time to watch it since we got 2 days at the pools with our stay! I think this is a great deal! Some people complained that you have to pay extra for entrance to the sauna, but that is standard practice at all places like this in Europe. The sauna was incredible. I really like how they do the infusions with a ball of ice. I attended a honey peeling infusion and a really hot one that had 3 oil scents. It was just perfect. We were lucky to go during the week in mid December, so it wasn't crowded. They are currently working on a couple of small slides and the funnel slide. This was not a big deal to us, and we still had plenty of things to keep us busy. The light shows were really amazing. Our hotel room was clean and had a nice bathroom with heated floors. I wish I could stay a week here!.“
