The total reservation cost will be charged by the hotel on the booking date and is non-refundable. We allow one free change of stay dates up to 11:59 p.m. (local time) 3 days before the original arrival date. The same or a higher rate will apply for the rescheduled dates (if the price for the new dates is higher than the original). Date changes are not allowed for reservations from 18/04/2025 to 20/04/2025 and from 31/10/2025 to 07/11/2025.

*) Unlimited all-day access to the Aquapalace Prague aquapark starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and on subsequent days, including the day of departure, according to the aquapark's opening hours.
