1. Guests staying in the hotel are entitled to propose out-of-court settlement of a dispute to the authority responsible for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is:

2. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1837, point j) Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, no entitlement is created for the guest in his/her capacity as a consumer to withdrawal from the contract on accommodation if the accommodation facility provides performance at the designated time and date.
